We offer an unconditional 30 day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days you feel that the software does not meet your needs, contact us and we will process your refund as soon as reasonably possible.

A paid single user license for all products allows you to install and use the software on a single computer owned by the registered user, or on a single computer owned by the registered company. A ‘single computer’ refers to a single Windows installation. If you have 10 user accounts on a single Windows installation, all 10 users can use the product using a single license. If you have 10 virtual machines running on a single physical machine, all virtual machines will require separate licenses to run the product. All paid licenses include 1 year of free upgrades from the date of purchase. After that period the software will continue to work, but we don’t give support and it won’t be possible to install further updates. Once your order has been processed by Share-It! or PayPal, an activation number will be sent to you immediately. You can then activate and start using your software immediately.
